Clean In Place Technology
Steam is applied directly onto the belt surface. On impact with the conveyor belt, dry steam easily removes bio-film and product residue. Therefore all product residue and condensation is contained. Debris is removed by the integrated vacuum chamber, which leaves a dry and clean surface. Vacuum chamber is separated by FDA approved silicone rubber ensuring that steam hits the belt first and liquidizes product. After the cleaning process the conveyor belt will be allergen-free and sanitized.
With a Clean-In-Place conveyor belt system, we offer top, floor and under mount conveyor heads customized to your belt size and specifications.
A unique ability of the under-mount option allows you to leave the belt cleaning system in place and run the system either during the production run or during the sanitization shift.
