Steam Guns
Pressure washer styled steam guns that are built to work and last. We offer two models – an adaptable steam gun that allows you to change out the length of the lance to suit your needs. The second model offered is our fixed length, high flow steam gun specifically designed for use with our 43kW SteamPro Industrial.
The SteamPro Adaptable Steam Gun is interchangeable with four different lance sizes. The SteamPro Fixed Length Steam Gun comes with a 24 inch lance attached and does not interchange with different sizes. It is a higher flow model that works wonders with our SteamPro Industrial 43kW.
Steam Hoses
Available in a variety of sizes – the two standard sizes are 25ft and 50ft. Upon request, we can also have a custom-sized hose fabricated for you. We can also build you an extension hose, so you can utilize the long reach for areas where you may be limited by power or water sources.
Our hoses are a stainless steel braided, double insulated hose designed for optimum heat retention and safety. Outer layer resists chemicals, solvents, vibration and electricity. Our hoses are each pressure tested once fabricated and exceed the industry requirements for hoses. They are built to last and outperform hoses from our competitors.
Brushes & Adapters
Commonly used for fine detailed cleaning making your SteamPro Industrial as versatile as a small steam cleaner.
Brushes are only compatible with threaded tips and are sold in common packs of ten. Threaded adapters allow for the use of brushes with any of our Steam Lances.
Steam Gun Lances
Lances are only compatible with the SteamPro Adaptable Steam Gun in four different sizes: 1", 24", 36" and 48". Depending on your cleaning application, you can simply change the lance and achieve your cleaning results with ease. To better allow you to access hard to reach areas and utilize brushes for scrubbing – we do also offer threaded adapters that can be installed on each lance to allow for a variety of brushes to be connected. We also offer different angled tips such straight, 45 degree and 90 degree.
Floor Spinner
The Floor Spinner attachment is compatible with both the SteamPro Industrial 21kW and 43kW.
It is available in two diameters – 8” and 12”. This tool can be utilized to clean floors as well as be used to clean mesh conveyor belts. Using a special rotary head, this unit simply works – the steam causes the head to spin and the orbital motion is used to deep clean the surface area the unit is on.
Drain Cleaner
The SteamPro Drain Cleaner allows you to safety clean and disinfect your drains with ease. Simply hookup the drain cleaner to either our SteamPro Industrial 21kW or 43kW and watch as it works to sanitize your drains. The standard size is an 11.5” diameter, but we can build one to suit your specific size. Made with food quality Stainless Steel and FDA approved silicone rubber, this tool will greatly reduce your cleaning costs and allow you to utilize your staff to complete other tasks as the drain cleaner operates.
Tri-Clamp Connector
Our Tri-Clamp connector allows you to disinfect your bottling lines with ease. Simply hookup the tri-clamp to the inlet of your bottling line and watch the unit produce steam and disinfect and sterilize your equipment. With this fabulous tool, you can greatly reduce your cleaning time as dry vapor steam sanitizes the stainless steel surface in a fraction of the time as conventional methods such as a hot water bath. You will greatly reduce your waste water with this tool.
Wine Barrel Diffuser
Our Wine Barrel Diffuser will allow you to swell and refresh your barrels with ease. The stainless steel diffuser allows a multitude of steam jets to spread throughout your barrels. This allows the steam to penetrate the wood at a much greater pace than conventional methods such as water. You can able to swell, refresh and sanitize your barrel in one simple step. Dramatically cut down the wasted water used in conventional barrel swelling methods.
Fanned Tip
The SteamPro Fanned Tip allows the user to create a wider and consistent steam output while using the SteamPro Industrial with Steam Gun and Lance. It allows the user to clean a larger surface area than our standard steam tip and effectively reduces the overall cleaning time as the surface area covered by the steam output is increased.
